GELPROOF BARRIER: A HIGHLY IMPERMEABILE MULTILAYER.

The prosthesis' envelope is made up of three layers of different high-quality medical silicones obtained through 20 layered thin silicone deposits. This structure gives excellent mechanical characteristics together with a barrier effect against gel diffusion out of the prosthesis. The intermediary layers of the envelope are made with a silicone which has particular chemical bonds that constitute an impassable barrier for the low molecular weight silicone molecules. This barrier together with the use of a highly-cohesive gel ensures increased safety against silicone leaks.     menù
